For the past 16 years I have had the privilege and honor of wearing many hats in the world of education: Art Teacher. Instructional Technology Specialist. Instructional Designer. I am passionate about helping others, but more specifically I serve academic leaders and educators who advocate for meaningful learning experiences for all learners. I am a lifelong educator who encourages others to reFRAME their perspectives, either by changing the way something is seen or presenting something in a new way.

I am fortunate to have a supportive network of family and friends. When not designing or working with clients, I can be found hanging out with loved ones, watching college football in the fall, and sometimes binging a new series on a streaming service. I love coffee and cannot pass on key lime pie.

ocus on needs: We use this initial meeting to discuss your ideas and goals.

eview & establish the contract: We work together to create a contract to ensure that all parties' needs are met.

ssemble the team: This is our time for everyone on the project to collaborate and hammer out the specifics.

aterialize the deliverables: In this cyclical process of service and feedback, we continue until the project is completed.

valuate & reflect: This opportunity allows us to close-out the project and to discuss the process.
